A 34-year-old man corresponded with a 13-year-old girl and sent her pornography

34-year-old man will stand trial in Pavlohrad over correspondence with a 13-year-old girl that, according to the investigation, took on a sexual nature. The man met the minor online.

According to the investigation, during their communication he asked the girl to send personal photos and videos. In return, he sent her pornographic materials himself and also tried to induce her to repeat sexual acts that she could see in those materials.

During searches, a large amount of prohibited content was found on the man’s phone:

• more than 3,500 photographs depicting children;
• more than 800 videos depicting children.

According to the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Prosecutor’s Office, these materials were downloaded from the internet. The man is accused of accessing child pornography, acquiring it, storing and distributing it, as well as corrupting a minor.

The indictment has already been sent to court. The defendant is currently in custody.
