Women uprooted flowers in Mykolaiv’s Korabelnyi District

Two women were pulling flowers out by the roots from a street flower bed in Mykolaiv in broad daylight. Local resident Halyna Bermas said it happened in the Korabelnyi District, and that she had planted the flowers in the bed herself.

The resident posted a video on her Facebook page. In the footage, the women are walking down the street, and one is already holding a plant with its roots in her hands. Her companion approaches the flowers, pulls them out of the ground, and walks on.

Judging by the footage, the women may also have taken plants from the flower bed beside a neighboring building. However, this is an assumption, not a definitively confirmed fact.

What they saw outraged users in the comments. They advised the video’s author to contact the police.
