Two medals for Mykolaiv: female track and field athletes won at the European Children's Games

The female athletes of the Mykolaiv Specialized Children and Youth Sports School of the Olympic Reserve in Athletics won two medals at the European Children’s Games for boys and girls born in 2011–2015. The competition took place 27–30 August in Brno, Czechia.

As part of the Ukraine national team, the Mykolaiv athletes achieved the following results:

• Anna Obukhova became the champion of the European Children’s Games in the 4×60 metres relay;
• Olesya Kshebit won the silver medal in the individual competition — in the 800 metres run.

The athletes were coached by Ivan Hrynyk, Alla Kovpak and Maryna Chumachenko.
