Winter assistance of 19,400 UAH being prepared for Mykolaiv residents: who can apply — in Mykolaiv
Applications will be accepted until October 30 in four districts
Some residents of Mykolaiv may receive a one-time assistance for winter preparation in the amount of UAH 19,400. The payment is assigned to one household — regardless of the number of its members and the number of categories to which the residents belong.
A household is eligible for assistance if it includes at least one person who:
- has a disability or receives a disability pension;
- is a single non-working pensioner;
- receives a housing subsidy;
- is an internally displaced person and receives a living allowance;
- belongs to a large family;
- is a single mother;
- raises a child with a disability;
- has a child for whom a birth grant has been assigned;
- is a foster family, a family-type children’s home, or the family of a patronage caregiver.
People with disabilities or those who are raising three or more children may also apply if they do not receive any of the aforementioned payments. In that case, the relevant status must be confirmed with documents at the time of application.
Applications will be accepted from September 10 to October 30, 2026 at the citizen social service departments of the Department of Social Protection of the Population of the Mykolaiv City Council according to territorial jurisdiction:
