Mykolaiv City Council member Nataliya Horbenko purchased additional real estate in Bulgaria and assembled a portfolio of 6,428 securities
In addition, she reported UAH 901.8 thousand in salary at the Shchedryk Charitable Foundation, UAH 3.1 million from the sale of real estate, and a UAH 3 million loan
In 2025 a deputy from the “Servant of the People” party Natalia Horbenko, who was elected to the Mykolaiv City Council by residents of the Korabelnyi District, where she herself lives, purchased another room in Bulgaria and added shares and other securities of foreign companies that bring her dividends to her investment portfolio.
Information about assets and income is contained in her declaration, published in the NACP registry. The document, among other things, records a residential house of 354.5 sq.m in Mykolaiv, which since 2025 has been owned by her husband.
In Bulgaria Horbenko has several rooms: since 2022 — an area of 39.89 sq.m valued at 531 881 hryvnias; since 2024 — an area of 58.34 sq.m, valued at 2.9 million hryvnias; since 2025 — an area of 43.65 sq.m, value — 1.7 million hryvnias.
The deputy’s husband – Vitaliy Lebedenko – owns land plots: since 2023 — in Vinnytsia region with an area of 65 609 sq.m, estimated value — 655 015 hryvnias, and also in Khmelnytskyi region with an area of 22 674 sq.m valued at 212 687 hryvnias.
Among declared vehicles: the husband — a passenger pickup ZAZ-1105 57, 2006 year of manufacture for 28 000 hryvnias; Natalia Horbenko — Mazda CX-3 2019 year of manufacture, purchased in 2020 with a value of 640 000 hryvnias.
In 2025 the deputy became the owner of a package of shares and other instruments on foreign exchanges: 155 securities of the SPDR Portfolio S&P 500 Growth ETF, 39 — in the ETF Dow Jones Industrial, 42 shares of Amazon.com, Inc., 405 — of the iShares Short-Term Corporate Bond ETF, 425 — of the Vanguard Short-Term Inflation-Protected Securities ETF, 80 — iShares Core MSCI Pacific ETF, 50 — of the iShares US Consumer Staples ETF, 25 — SPDR Gold Shares ETF, 60 shares of NVIDIA Corporation, 25 — Invesco Aerospace & Defense ETF (PPA), 4 — ALIBABA GROUP HOLDIG-SP ADR, 915 shares — MHP SE, 100 — KERNEL HOLDING SA, 4100 — FERREXPO PLC, and also 2 US Treasury bonds.
In addition, since 2024 she has had 1 share of Warner Bros. Discovery, Inc.
In total, Natalia Horbenko owns 6 428 securities.
Regarding the family’s business assets: the husband owns 100% of the corporate rights of PE «Legoklin» and LLC «Astrea MK», and also 33.3% in VF «Legkolin».
The deputy herself since 2022 has declared corporate rights in the charitable organization «Shchedryk», without specifying the share.
For 2025 Natalia Horbenko as an entrepreneur received 494 500 hryvnias of income, in the BF «Shchedryk» she declared a salary of 901 793 hryvnias, and also reported 1 375 hryvnias as an additional benefit and 454 hryvnias of interest in «Universalbank».
Separately indicated are incomes from the disposal of assets: 3.1 million hryvnias — from the sale of real estate, 1.14 million hryvnias — from the disposal of securities and corporate rights in Tesla Inc, and 43 048 hryvnias — in ALIBABA GROUP HOLDING-SP ADR.
The deputy also declared dividends from foreign companies totaling almost 72 thousand hryvnias and 951 hryvnias of interest from US Treasury bonds.
Natalia Horbenko’s husband indicated in the declaration:
– a pension in the amount of 80 460 hryvnias,
– an additional benefit in «Universalbank» — 4 184 hryvnias,
– a salary at Municipal Enterprise “Center for Animal Protection” — 511 296 hryvnias,
– income at LLC «Astrea MK» — 12 528 hryvnias.
In addition, he received 48 978 hryvnias from renting out property, 23 688 hryvnias of “other income” at LLC «Tvoe kolo» and 1 582 hryvnias from Aval bank.
Among Natalia Horbenko’s savings are 73 727 hryvnias and 1 194 dollars in bank accounts, 64 532 euros in Bulgaria and 11 314 euros in Ukraine, funds in a bank for sole proprietor activity — 5 581 hryvnias. Separately declared are contributions to credit unions and other non-bank financial institutions: 10 000 euros and 10 415 dollars. The deputy keeps 500 000 hryvnias in cash.
Having such assets, already in 2024 Natalia Horbenko took a loan from Serhii Kolesnyk (president of BO “Shchedryk” and a deputy of the Mykolaiv district council) for 3 million hryvnias, and so far has not returned any of that money.
