While the plant is barely surviving the war: the head of "Zorya" declared property in Spain and millions in income
An apartment in Spain, a house near Kyiv, a salary of 286 thousand UAH per month
Oleksiy Tsymbal, acting director of the state enterprise “Zorya”-“Mashproekt”, submitted a declaration for 2025, in which he listed real estate in Mykolaiv, near Kyiv and in Spain, as well as the family’s million-level incomes.
According to the document, Oleksiy Tsymbal owns in Mykolaiv two land plots with a total area of 2553 sq.m and a residential house of 404 sq.m. He also has an apartment in Spain of 89 sq.m, purchased with a mortgage back in 2015 for 5.2 mln UAH. As of today, about 55 thousand euros remain to be paid on it.
His wife Natalya Tsymbal owns a house in the village of Hatne near Kyiv with an area of 143.7 sq.m, purchased in 2021 for 1.9 mln UAH, as well as a 500 sq.m plot of land for 490 thousand UAH. In addition, she owns a 2021 KIA NIRO, bought in 2024 for 740 thousand UAH.
The couple are also co-owners of LLC “Kynological Complex “Dog-House” in Mykolaiv.
For 2025 Oleksiy Tsymbal received 3.4 mln UAH in salary. On average this is about 286 thousand UAH per month. He earned this as the company’s financial director from January to April, and from May to December — as acting general director.
Separately he declared 1.4 mln UAH of income from the sale of real estate. It likely refers to the sale of an apartment and a garage in Mykolaiv. His wife received another 1.3 mln UAH from the sale of a 2020 LEXUS RX300.
The family holds 90k UAH and 17.5k euros in cash. In bank accounts — 94.8k UAH and 1.7k euros. Altogether the couple has 17 accounts in Ukrainian and Spanish banks. The declaration also lists a loan of 192.9 thousand UAH taken out in 2024.
