Fuel without a license: Gas station owners in Mykolaiv region face a fine of more than UAH 3.9 million
The inspection also revealed violations of cash register usage rules
The owners of a gas station in Mykolaiv Oblast face a fine of more than 3.9 million hryvnias. An inspection found that the station was selling fuel without a license.
The inspection also revealed violations of tax laws and rules governing the use of cash registers. Administrative reports will be drawn up against the station’s owners as a result.
The regional office of the State Tax Service did not disclose the name of the gas station.
“Selling fuel without the required permits harms the state budget, creates unfair competition, and puts entrepreneurs who comply with the law at a disadvantage. Preventing such violations is especially important under martial law, when stable budget revenues are essential to funding the state’s needs,” the statement said.
