19,400 hryvnias per household: additional "Winter Support" addresses opened in Mykolaiv

In Mykolaiv, additional locations for submitting documents under the “Winter Support” program have opened. Eligible categories of Ukrainians can apply for a one-time cash assistance of 19,400 hryvnias per household.

A household is eligible for the payment if it includes at least one person who:

• has a disability or receives a disability pension;
• is a single non-working pensioner;
• receives a housing subsidy;
• is an internally displaced person and receives accommodation assistance;
• belongs to a large family;
• is a single mother;
• raises a child with a disability;
• has a child for whom a birth grant has been assigned;
• is a foster family, a family-type children’s home, or a family of a patronage (foster) caregiver.

People with disabilities or those raising three or more children who do not receive any of the listed benefits may also be eligible for the assistance. In such a case, the relevant status must be confirmed with documents when submitting the application.

To apply, you must provide:

• passports and identification codes of all persons registered or actually residing in the household;
• a document proving place of residence or an IDP certificate;
• the applicant’s bank account number in IBAN format;
• a copy of the MSEC certificate issued before January 1, 2025, or a copy of the medical conclusion of the LCC for children with disabilities under 18 years of age;
• a copy of the certificate or ID of the parents of a large family;
• a copy of the inspection report on material and living conditions, if it is necessary to confirm living alone.

Applications will be accepted until October 30, 2026. Submission of documents does not automatically guarantee receipt of funds: the program financing and payments are provided by international and humanitarian organizations.
