Registration of place of residence at CNAPs in Mykolaiv has been suspended until September 24
Extracts from the registry remain available offline and online
In Mykolaiv, due to technical work on the servers of the State Migration Service of Ukraine, the provision of services related to registration of place of residence has been temporarily limited until 24 September inclusive.
In the branches of the CNAP (Administrative Services Center) during this period the following will not be carried out:
- registration of place of residence;
- removal from the registered place of residence;
- updating information about the place of residence.
Until 24 September inclusive, declaration, updating and change of place of residence will also not be processed via the Diia portal and app.
At the same time, residents will still be able to obtain extracts from the Territorial Community Register. The CNAP (Administrative Services Center) branches will issue an extract of place of residence with the information available in the DMS information system as of its formation date, as well as an extract of persons registered at a residential property.
The extract of place of residence will remain available online as well — via the Diia portal and app.
Citizens who have already booked appointments are asked to come as scheduled. However, due to the unavailability of the necessary information systems, submitted applications and registration actions may be processed only after full restoration of the services. Because of this, processing times for some applications may be extended.
If the request is not urgent, residents are advised to postpone their visit to the CNAP (Administrative Services Center) for a few days and use the services after the information systems are restored. This will help avoid unnecessary waiting and inconvenience.
Technical work is being carried out to strengthen the protection of state information systems and data security. Such measures are intended to ensure stable and secure operation of resources amid ongoing cyber threats.
