In Mykolaiv, a new residential complex has been commissioned. The State Architectural and Construction Control Department of the Mykolaiv City Council issued a certificate of readiness of the residential development complex for operation.
The facility belongs to consequence class CC2. This confirms its compliance with enhanced requirements for safety, construction quality, and adherence to state building codes.
The certificate confirms that the construction works were carried out in accordance with the approved project.
The facility also meets safety requirements.
All engineering networks and systems of the complex are ready for operation.
The new residential complex is expected to expand the housing stock and help create a comfortable urban space for residents of Mykolaiv.
