Mykolaiv acrobats jumped into first places at the all-Ukrainian competitions

Mykolaiv athletes became champions of the All-Ukrainian acrobatic track jumping competitions. This was reported on 30 April 2026 by the Mykolaiv City Council.

From 27 to 29 April in Kyiv, the open All-Ukrainian acrobatic track jumping competition “Kostiantyn Vengel Memorial” took place. As a result of the performances, three Mykolaiv athletes won championship titles in their age categories:

• Valentyn Polishchuk – 1st place among adults, born in 2009 and older;
• Yaroslav Yehorov – 1st place in the U-16 age category;
• Dmytro Negrov – 1st place in the U-14 age category.

The athletes were prepared by senior coach-instructor Darya Alekseeva and coach-instructor Viktoriia Karpenko.

We congratulate the Mykolaiv athletes and their female coaches on the victory. Even during the war, our children and youth continue to train, perform and bring championship results to Mykolaiv.
