Russian forces attacked the Mykolaiv region with a swarm of drones: an apartment caught fire, and houses and an ambulance were damaged
"Shahed", "Molniya" and "Banderol": the Russians have gathered all the drone junk to attack the Mykolaiv region
During July 29 and the morning of July 30, Russian occupiers carried out a combined attack on the Mykolaiv region, using strike drones of the “Shahed”, “Molniya”, “Banderol” types and FPV drones. Under enemy fire were Mykolaiv, Bashtanskyi and Mykolaiv districts.
According to information as of 07:30 on July 30, air defense forces and assets destroyed a significant portion of the enemy’s aerial targets. At the same time, munitions hits and the fall of fragments of shot-down drones were recorded in various settlements.
On the morning of July 30, Russian forces attacked port infrastructure in Mykolaiv. A warehouse facility was damaged as a result of the strike.
Also in the city the roof of a nine-story apartment building was damaged. A fire broke out in one of the apartments, which rescuers extinguished. According to preliminary information, no injuries were reported.
In the Bashtanskyi district, as a result of air defense actions and the fall of fragments of a “Shahed”-type drone, two warehouse facilities were damaged in the town of Bashtanka.
In addition, Russian occupiers attacked the Snihurivska community four times with “Molniya”-type drones. Three private residential houses, an administrative building and an ambulance were damaged.
As a result of munitions hits and falling fragments, fires started in the area. Firefighters promptly extinguished them. There were no fatalities or injuries.
In the Mykolaiv district on July 29 the enemy five times attacked the Ochakivska and Kutsurubska communities with FPV drones. Russian forces also used “Molniya”-type drones against the Kutsurubska community twice.
In the village of Dmytrivka, three private residential houses were damaged as a result of the attacks. According to preliminary information, no one was injured.
The occupiers also attacked the Stepivska community with a “Banderol” drone. A tractor was damaged as a result of the strike. No injuries were reported.
Thus, during the past day and the morning of July 30, at least nine residential houses, three warehouse facilities, an administrative building, an ambulance and agricultural equipment were damaged.
Despite another large-scale attack by Russian forces, according to preliminary data there are no fatalities or injuries among civilians in the Mykolaiv region.
