The inspectors drew up administrative reports against both drivers under Part 1 of Article 130 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences
Recently on Bohoyavlenskyi Avenue in Mykolaiv patrol officers stopped two riders of electric scooters who violated the curfew and showed obvious signs of drug intoxication. The Mykolaiv Oblast police reported this on May 5, 2026.
The officers offered the individuals to undergo an examination for intoxication in the manner prescribed by law, but they refused.
The inspectors drew up administrative reports on both riders under Part 1 of Article 130 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses (КУпАП) (Driving vehicles while intoxicated or refusal to undergo an intoxication examination).
Reminder! Driving any vehicle while intoxicated poses a threat to the life and health of both the driver and other road users.
