Mykolaiv residents' debt for heating has reached 237.9 million: since the beginning of the year — 1,542 court rulings

In August, enforcement officers forcibly collected more than 2.3 million hryvnias

As of 15 September 2026 the overdue debt of consumers of OKP “Mykolaivoblteploenergo” for provided services reached UAH 237.9 million.

For August 2026 the enterprise billed consumers an additional UAH 29.4 million for heating. These charges must be paid by 30 September inclusive.

OKP “Mykolaivoblteploenergo” informs consumers about debts, concludes restructuring agreements, conducts claims and litigation, and submits court decisions for enforcement to the State Enforcement Service.

Results of debt collection:

  • in August the courts issued 264 rulings totaling over UAH 3,502,000;
  • since the beginning of the year 1,542 court rulings have been issued totaling more than UAH 22,735,000;
  • in August the State Enforcement Service forcibly recovered from debtors over UAH 2,351,000;
  • since the beginning of the year the State Enforcement Service has forcibly recovered almost UAH 18,099,000 from debtors.

Consumers with debts are advised to repay them or contact OKP “Mykolaivoblteploenergo” to sign a restructuring agreement. This makes it possible to avoid court proceedings, enforced collection and additional costs. Timely payments are also necessary for the stable operation of the heating system.

Payments can be made via the company’s official website, the consumer’s personal account, banking apps, self-service terminals or at bank branches.
