At the stadium of one of Lviv’s lyceums a mass brawl broke out after a children’s football match. The conflict occurred at the end of June, when the game between two children’s teams had finished.
At first the dispute arose among the young footballers. Coaches went onto the field to separate the children, but parents who also ran onto the football field joined the conflict.
After that, an argument began between the parents and a 40-year-old coach of one of the teams. During the conflict the coach sprayed a spray with a freezing effect toward the parents.
As a result of the incident none of its participants sustained physical injuries. The Lviv Oblast police drew up an administrative protocol against the coach under Article 173 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses — petty hooliganism.
