In the Lviv region, police are investigating the beating of a 12-year-old boy; among those involved is a 13-year-old girl
The incident occurred on July 1 on Parkova Street in Pustomyty
In the Lviv region law enforcement are investigating the circumstances of an incident in which a 12-year-old boy was injured. Video of the conflict among minors was previously posted on social media.
August 29, while monitoring social media police found a recording in which a girl, in the presence of numerous onlookers, repeatedly kicks the boy in various parts of his body, including striking his head.
The police opened an inquiry and established that the incident occurred on July 1 on Parkova Street in Pustomyty, Lviv district. Law enforcement also identified the participants in the conflict. They turned out to be a 13-year-old girl and a 12-year-old boy — residents of Pustomyty who study at one of the local lyceums.
Later the victim’s mother filed a report with Police Department No. 3 of the Lviv District Police Directorate No. 2. Information about the incident has been registered.
Investigators are continuing to verify the circumstances of the event. The incident is expected to be given the appropriate legal qualification in the near future.
Recall that in the Mykolaiv region an 11-year-old girl was brutally beaten. The child was hospitalized.
