Strike and FPV drones, injured woman: how the past day went in the Mykolaiv region

On August 19, 2026, Russian forces attacked the Mykolaiv region with strike unmanned aerial vehicles of the “Shahed/Gerbera” type and FPV drones. As a result of the strikes a woman was injured, and a private house and a non-residential building were damaged. The consequences of the attacks were reported by the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration.

In the Veselynivka community, a 46-year-old woman was injured as a result of the attack. She was hospitalized. As of the morning, her condition was assessed as stable. Also in the community a private residential house was damaged.

In the Ochakiv community a Russian strike damaged the roof of a non-residential building. In addition, during the day the enemy attacked the community twice with FPV drones.
