Shelling has intensified in the Snihurivka and Horokhiv communities of Mykolaiv region

In recent weeks the intensity of enemy shelling has increased in the Snihurivska and Horokhivska communities of the Mykolaiv region. This was reported by the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration.

The acting head of the Mykolaiv RMA, Heorhiy Reshetylov, held a working meeting on the situation in the communities. Participating were the head of the Bashtanka District Military Administration Vladyslav Dmytriv, the head of the Snihurivka City Military Administration Oleksandr Pavlov, and the head of the Horokhiv Village Military Administration Radion Zavadskyi.

Meeting participants considered measures to protect the civilian population, responses to the consequences of attacks, assistance to residents, and coordination of the work of all services.

“Clear interaction among all services and levels of government is especially important now, so that we can quickly respond to any changes in the security situation and provide people with everything they need,” said Heorhiy Reshetylov.

In addition, a meeting was held with the region’s military command. It was devoted to issues of strengthening the region’s defense.

As a result of the meetings, priority issues and further steps were identified.

Earlier, the Mykolaiv region was attacked by Shahed strike drones, a Kh-22 missile, and was also struck by artillery. The consequences of these attacks were reported.
