Russian drones attacked the Korablevnyi district of Kherson: eight men were wounded

In the morning of August 20, Russian drones struck the Korabelnyi district of Kherson. Eight men were wounded; all of them were taken to hospital. This was reported by the Kherson City Military Administration.

At around 06:20, as a result of one of the strikes a 50-year-old man was injured. Medical staff preliminarily diagnosed him with a mine-explosive injury.

Three more men were wounded at about 06:35. They are employees of a municipal utility company aged 55, 65 and 29. Each was found to have mine-explosive injuries.

After the attack by a Russian drone, men aged 34 and 35 were also taken to hospital. They sustained mine-explosive injuries.

Later it became known about three more wounded. A 40-year-old, a 45-year-old and a 64-year-old residents of Kherson sought medical help. They were diagnosed with mine-explosive injuries and shrapnel wounds.

According to the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, the day before the Russians attacked 43 settlements in the region. As a result of the shelling six people were killed, and another 20 were wounded.

Damages affected five multi-storey and 12 private houses, a museum, a catering establishment, a service station, a minibus, an ambulance and private cars.

Earlier, on the morning of August 19, a Russian drone attacked a minibus in the Korabelnyi district of Kherson. Then four people were killed and another five were injured.
