Another 144 children from Mykolaiv have departed for a health retreat in the Carpathians
The children will spend two weeks in the mountains
144 children from Mykolaiv set off for a two-week wellness stay in the Carpathians. There they will relax in the mountains, take part in entertainment activities, and have the opportunity to recover psychologically.
The trip was organized with funds from the city budget. It is part of a targeted program for the health and recreation of children who require special social attention and support.
Children of servicemembers, of fallen defenders of Ukraine, of defenders missing in action, as well as orphans, children from large families and other privileged categories went on the trip.
Organizing safe and high-quality recreation for children remains one of the important priorities of the city government.
Thanks to funding from the Mykolaiv budget, this year nearly 800 young residents of Mykolaiv are planned to have health-improving stays in the Carpathians.
Since the start of the campaign, about 500 children have already gone on the trips.
