Motorcycle thrown into Nissan after collision: driver injured in central Mykolaiv
All 3 vehicles sustained mechanical damage
In the afternoon on Sunday, 21 June 2026, a road traffic accident occurred in the center of Mykolaiv involving an Opel, a Nissan Leaf and a motorcycle.
The accident occurred at the intersection of Marka Kropyvnytskoho (formerly Potemkin) and Hromadianska streets. The crash was reported by “Novyny-N”.
According to preliminary information, the Opel was traveling along Hromadianska Street from Velyka Morska Street toward Tsentralnyi Avenue.
At that time the motorcycle was traveling along Marka Kropyvnytskoho Street from Soborna Street toward Sadova Street.
At the intersection the Opel collided with the motorcycle. The force of the impact threw the two-wheeled vehicle into the Nissan Leaf.
The Nissan was traveling on Hromadianska Street from Tsentralnyi Avenue and had stopped before the intersection at the time of the accident.
As a result of the three-vehicle collision, the motorcycle rider was injured.
An emergency medical team was called to the scene. The injured motorcyclist was taken to hospital.
There is currently no information about the nature of the injuries or the condition of the hospitalized man.
The Opel and the Nissan Leaf, as well as the motorcycle, sustained mechanical damage.
The circumstances of the accident and the actions of each participant are to be determined by the police. At the time of publication there is no official police information on the cause of the crash or the legal qualification of the incident.
