The monthly subscription fee at Mykolaivoblteploenergo will increase by 12% from July 1 — to UAH 47.18/month
Amid Mykolaiv residents' heating debt of more than a quarter of a billion hryvnias, the company warns of possible legal action
Regional communal enterprise «Mykolaivoblteploenergo», a company operating in Mykolaiv and the region, announced an increase in the subscription service fee: from July 1, 2026 a new contribution amount will apply — 47.18 UAH per month for one subscriber.
According to the company, the revision took place due to an increase in the cost of the components that make up this payment, in particular in connection with the increase in the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons from January 1, 2026, as well as higher prices for material resources and services necessary for stable operation.
After the decision comes into force, the subscription fee will be 47.18 UAH per month per subscriber, whereas currently it equals 42.02 UAH.
The company emphasizes that the subscription service is not payment for consumed heat energy, but covers the maintenance of personal accounts, calculation and processing of payments, printing and delivery of bills, customer service, contract conclusion and other administrative processes related to the provision of the utility.
Also, «Mykolaivoblteploenergo» notes that the change in the subscription fee was made in accordance with current legislation and based on economically justified calculations.
