In the city of Biała Podlaska on the morning of Monday, June 15, an armed attack took place: in broad daylight a 44-year-old Russian citizen was shot dead, and Polish media unofficially name the deceased as the artist Semen Skrepetsky, known for his criticism of the Russian leadership, notably Vladimir Putin.
