Massive attack on Mykolaiv: people injured, houses, a business and vehicles damaged

According to the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, during the past day on 11 June and the night of 12 June Russian forces carried out another attack on the territory of Mykolaiv region with Shahed-type strike drones. The regional center suffered the most destruction, where civilians and residential buildings were affected.

During the day on 11 June 2026 the transport infrastructure in Mykolaiv came under enemy attack. According to preliminary data, there were no casualties at that time. At night, Russian occupiers attacked the city again. As a result of the strike, three people were wounded – a 40-year-old woman, her 39-year-old husband and their 18-year-old daughter. All the injured were hospitalized. As of the morning, the man is in serious condition, and both women are in moderate condition. Also, as a result of the night attack 14 private residential houses and two cars were damaged.

Additionally, in the morning of 12 June Russian forces again struck Mykolaiv with Shahed-type drones. As a result of this attack one more man was injured and hospitalized. Damage was also recorded to the buildings of a transport company and to vehicles.

Enemy strikes also hit Mykolaiv district. The day before, the occupiers attacked the Kutsurub community with a Molniya-type drone. In the village of Yaselka a 79-year-old man was wounded. He was taken to hospital, where his condition is assessed as severe. The attack in Yaselka also damaged a private residential house and a car.
