In the Mykolaiv region, fires were extinguished over the past day after attacks and the ignition of dry vegetation
Separate fires broke out in a storage room, a trailer, and outbuildings
Over the past day, Russian forces almost did not stop attacking the Mykolaiv region. As a result of shelling in Mykolaiv, civilian infrastructure was damaged, and a fire broke out in a warehouse in the Halytsynivska community of Mykolaiv district.
Dry vegetation ignited on open land four more times. In addition to fires related to shelling, rescuers extinguished 27 outbreaks across the region. Dry grass, bushes, crop residues and trash burned. In some cases, the fire spread from vegetation to outbuildings and unused buildings.
Among other incidents in Mykolaiv, rescuers extinguished a fire in a metal container unit covering 130 sq. m. Outbuildings burned twice — in the Syniukhinobridska territorial community of Pervomaiskyi district and in Mykolaiv.
Also, in an apartment of one of the five-story buildings in the Korabelnyi district of Mykolaiv, rescuers put out smoldering food.
