"Ukrposhta.Pharmacy" is now available on Health24: how to get medicines
No need to search for pharmacies: medications with an e-prescription can be ordered through Health24
The medical information system Health24 has been integrated with the service “Ukrposhta.Apteka”. Now patients can order medicines by electronic prescription directly from their personal account and receive them at a Ukrposhta branch. Ukrposhta announced the launch of the new feature recently.
To place an order, the patient must:
- open in the app or on the website Health24 the “Medical record” section;
- go to the “Prescriptions” section and select the required e-prescription;
- press the “UKRPOSHTA.APTEKA” button;
- on the booking page enter the prescription redemption code, fill in personal details and confirm delivery via Ukrposhta.
The system automatically redirects the user to the drug booking website, so you do not need to search for a pharmacy that has the required medicines yourself. Delivery of the order to a Ukrposhta branch is free. According to the CEO of JSC “Ukrposhta” Ihor Smilianskyi, the integration was launched recently, but Ukrainians are already placing through it about 50 orders daily.
Ukrposhta noted that the service is intended to ease access to medicines for residents of villages, small towns and frontline communities where there are no stationary pharmacies or it is difficult to reach them.
