Money is paid into a special account
Families in which a child was born are entitled to a one-time in-kind benefit “Baby Package”. At the same time, parents may choose not the set of items itself but a cash compensation for its value, reports the administration of the Korabelnyi District of the city of Mykolaiv.
The application must be submitted no later than 12 months from the child’s date of birth.
You can apply for the compensation in paper form: at a service center of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, through an administrator of the CNAP, an authorized official of the community or military administration, as well as by mail.
You can also submit the application online – via the portal “Diia” as part of the integrated service “eMalyatko” or through the web service portal of the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
To submit an application through the web portal of the PFU, you must authenticate using a qualified electronic signature, after which, in your personal account, select the section “Communications with the PFU” and proceed to the applications for the assignment of certain types of state social assistance.
In the application form you must select the type of assignment – “Cash compensation of the value of the one-time in-kind benefit “baby package”, provide the applicant’s details, the identity document, place of registration and residence.
Parents must separately provide bank details. Important: the compensation for the “Baby Package” is paid to a special account with a special use regime, opened at an authorized bank.
After that, in the “Applicants” field you must add information about the newborn child, attach scanned copies of documents if necessary, choose the method of receiving the notification about the assignment of the payment, and give consent to the processing of personal data.
Before sending, the application should be carefully checked. After that it must be signed and sent to the Pension Fund of Ukraine. The result of the review can be seen in the “My Applications” section.
