Fines and citations in Korabelnyi: private-sector residents were checked for garbage and disorder
Found trash and construction materials near yards and in neglected areas
During the working week, from April 13 to 17, 2026, specialists of the sanitary inspection sector of the Korabelnyi District of Mykolaiv Administration inspected the sanitary condition of the streets in the private sector.
During the raids, inspectors recorded a number of violations of the city’s Improvement Rules. The most common were the piling up of green waste, construction materials and construction debris, the absence of address signs on houses, and inadequate maintenance of the adjacent territory.
As a result of the inspections, 2 administrative protocols were drawn up against the violators under Art.152 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (KUpAP). The materials have been forwarded to the administrative commission, which will determine the type of penalty.
In addition, homeowners were issued 3 warnings, and explanatory work was carried out regarding the need to sign contracts for the removal of solid household waste and to keep the areas near houses in proper condition.
