SBU drones struck two KAB carriers and an ammunition depot in Adygea
Su-35 and Su-34 were hit at a military airfield
On the night of 4 October 2026, drones of the Special Operations Center “Alpha” of the Security Service of Ukraine attacked the military airfield “Khanskaya” in the Republic of Adygea, Russian Federation. The strike hit combat aircraft and an ammunition depot. The distance to the target was approximately 500 km.
Among the struck targets:
- Su-35 — a multirole fighter considered one of Russia’s most advanced combat aircraft. Its export value is about $100 million.
- Su-34 — a fighter-bomber that is a key aircraft of Russian tactical aviation. Its export value is approximately $50 million.
- An ammunition depot located on the airfield premises.
Both types of aircraft are carriers of guided aviation bombs — KABs. Russian forces widely use these munitions on the front line and to strike Ukrainian cities.
