Mykolaiv cyclist Anna Kolyzhuk suffered a severe spinal injury during an international cycling race in Italy.
She faces complex treatment, lengthy rehabilitation, and a difficult road to recovery.
Anna Kolyzhuk is well known in the sports community of Ukraine and beyond. She has repeatedly represented Mykolaiv on the international stage, demonstrating strength of character, perseverance, and a high level of skill.
After the injury, assistance is needed for the athlete herself. The Mykolaiv City Council has called for support for the cyclist during treatment and rehabilitation.
The city council emphasized that every contribution, regardless of amount, and the sharing of information can help Anna Kolyzhuk on her path to recovery and return to a full life.
