Drones attacked the Mykolaiv region: a sanatorium, a school and a summer house were damaged

As of the morning of 9 July 2026, Russian forces during the past day and this morning attacked the Mykolaiv region with strike drones of the Shahed/”Gerbera” type.

According to the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, as a result of the strike in Ochakiv the roof of a warehouse was damaged, where a fire broke out. The roof of a sanatorium building was also damaged.

In the Horokhiv community a school building was damaged as a result of the attack.

In addition, during the day the enemy attacked the Halytsynivska community with an FPV drone. In the village of Halytsynove a summer house was damaged. According to preliminary information, no one was injured.
