Dozens of strikes in a day: Mykolaiv region is again under a massive attack by Russian Shaheds and drones

Over the past day, Russian forces continuously attacked Mykolaiv Oblast with strike drones of the “Shahed” type, as well as FPV drones, a “Molniya” drone and, reportedly, a multiple rocket launcher.

In Mykolaiv, as a result of a morning Shahed attack, four people were injured. Two men aged 58 and 71 were hospitalized. Medics assess one of them as in serious but stable condition, the other as in moderate condition. Another man and a woman suffered an acute stress reaction; they were given assistance on site. The strike damaged ten private houses, an enterprise building and a car. A fire also broke out in an open area, which firefighters extinguished.

In the Kostiantynivka community of Mykolaiv district, a strike drone “Shahed” hit a gas station. A 45-year-old man was killed. Two other men aged 33 and 44 were wounded and hospitalized. By morning one of them is in serious but stable condition, the other in moderate condition. The strike completely destroyed the gas station building and three passenger cars.

In the Vesnyanska community a strike drone attacked a farm. A 59-year-old man was wounded. He sought medical care on his own; after examination he will receive outpatient treatment. A storage facility was damaged.

In the Nechayanska community, a Shahed strike caused a fire and damaged the gas station building. There are no casualties.

Russian forces also attacked the Kutsurub community with a strike drone of the “Molniya” type. In the village of Dmytrivka, a private residential house was damaged. No one was injured.

In addition, the occupiers attacked eight times with FPV drones the Ochakiv and Kutsurub communities, and also reportedly struck the Kutsurub community with a multiple rocket launcher. According to preliminary data, there are no casualties.
