Seven drone attacks in a day: Russians once again kept the Mykolaiv region in their sights

As of 07:00 on the morning of 17 June 2026 in the Mykolaiv region the past day again passed under the threat of Russian strikes. Combat operations continued in the oblast; at the same time, according to the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, as of the morning there is no information about casualties. In the Mykolaiv district Russian occupiers struck, preliminarily with MLRS, the Kutsurub community. As a result of the attack in the village of Dniprovske a private residential house was damaged.

Also, in the village of Parutyne a power line was damaged after an enemy strike. No casualties from these shellings have been reported. In addition, Russian occupiers attacked the Halytsynivka community with a strike drone of the “Molniya” type. According to the regional military administration, people were not injured. Separately, the Ochakiv community was again under drone pressure. During the past day the enemy attacked it seven times with FPV drones. According to the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, there are no wounded as a result of these attacks.

Despite the absence of casualties, the report once again shows that coastal communities of the Mykolaiv region remain under constant threat of Russian strikes. The enemy continues to use FPV drones, strike UAVs of the “Molniya” type, and multiple launch rocket systems against populated areas where civilians live.
