In the Kirovohrad region, an abandoned 10-month-old infant was found: the child was hospitalized, and the police are searching for the parents
Following intervention by child protective services, the baby from Kalantaievo is under the care of the Svitlovodsk Central District Hospital; there is no threat to life
In the village of Kalantaiv of the Velykoandrusivska community, an abandoned infant about 10 months old was found left without adult supervision; after examination the child was hospitalized at the Svitlovodsk Central District Hospital.
The incident was reported to the Velykoandrusivska village council, which noted that the baby was helpless and in need of immediate assistance.
The report was received by the community police officer who, after confirming that the infant’s life was not in danger, promptly contacted the head of the children’s services for further action.
After completing the necessary report, staff from the relevant services urgently transported the baby to the Svitlovodsk Central District Hospital, where doctors examined him.
The child is now under medical supervision; his condition is stable, and, according to the services, there is no threat to his life or health.
Law enforcement, together with the children’s services, are clarifying all circumstances of the incident and are searching for the infant’s parents or legal representatives.
