For the first time in a long time, the Mykolaiv region woke up without shelling: the night passed peacefully

As of the morning of May 9, 2026, no enemy attacks or shelling were recorded in Mykolaiv region over the past day, reported the head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, Vitalii Kim.

There were no reports of destruction, casualties, or emergencies related to Russian strikes. The situation in the region’s communities remained relatively calm.
