Unauthorized market: informal street trading has resumed in the Korabelnyi District
As a result of the inspections, 12 administrative protocols were drawn up
In the Korabelnyi district of the city of Mykolaiv inspections were carried out this week at locations where unauthorized street trading most often occurs. Based on the raids, materials on the offenders were submitted to the administrative commission for consideration.
Thus, from 20 to 24 April 2026 specialists of the Trade and Entrepreneurship Coordination Department of the Korabelnyi District Administration conducted raids to check locations with “unauthorized trading” – with the aim of preventing the installation of objects of illegal trade at the following addresses:
– Metalurhiv St., 28 – 36,
– Bohoyavlensky Ave., 311,
– Bohoyavlensky Ave., 342.
As a result of the inspections, 12 administrative protocols were drawn up under Art. 152 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses – for violations of state standards, norms and rules in the field of settlement improvement and the rules of territory upkeep.
Materials to hold the offenders administratively liable were forwarded to the administrative commissions at the offenders’ places of residence.
