In Mykolaiv, subscribers of OKP «Mykolaivoblteploenergo» have currently overdue payments for heat totaling 383.9 million UAH, the city council reported.
The company says it is systematically working with non-payers, combining pre-trial measures with claims and court practice to resolve overdue debts.
The city council detailed the specific steps being applied to consumers to reduce debts and return funds to the company.
“In particular, consumers are being informed, restructuring agreements are being concluded, court work is being carried out, and forced collection is executed through the State Enforcement Service”,
It is reported that during February 36 court rulings were issued for a total of 573,796.06 UAH, and since January 1 182 rulings have been issued for a total of 2,966,485.71 UAH.
In addition, according to the company, the State Enforcement Service collected debt in February in the amount of 1,708,504.98 UAH, and since January 1 – a further 2,845,403.21 UAH.
Consumers with overdue payments are urged to promptly repay the amounts charged or sign a restructuring agreement to avoid forced collection.
