Irrigation is working again: Vitovskyi Square in Mykolaiv has been renovated
The area was leveled, the lawn was sown, and new plants were planted
Employees of the Municipal Enterprise “Mykolaiv Parks” over the past six months carried out a range of works in Vitovskyi Square in Mykolaiv. Here they restored the automatic irrigation system and tidied the green areas.
In addition to restoring the irrigation, the municipal workers prepared the territory and renewed plantings:
- They graded and leveled the area, and removed excess soil.
- They seeded the prepared areas with lawn.
- They planted seasonal and perennial flowers, trees, and ornamental plants.
The enterprise’s employees continue to care for the square daily: they water the area, tend the plants, mow the grass, and clean up. This is how they keep the green areas in proper condition.
