More than 650 passengers were transported by buses after the attack on the train to Mykolaiv
Assistance covered flights from Kyiv, Lviv, and in the opposite direction
September 16, an attack occurred on passenger train No. 122 Kyiv — Mykolaiv. For passengers of several trains to Mykolaiv and in the opposite direction, bus transportation was promptly organized.
Acting head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration, Heorhii Reshetilov, spoke about providing the transport. Buses were provided through the joint efforts of communities and relevant services for passengers of the following services:
- Kyiv — Mykolaiv and Lviv — Mykolaiv;
- return trips from Mykolaiv to Kyiv and Lviv.
In total, buses transported over 650 people. Thanks to the coordinated work, passengers of inbound services reached Mykolaiv, and those who were to travel in the opposite direction were able to continue their journeys on time.
