In Mykolaiv, deputies supported transferring the land under the M-14 highway to the state
The actual transfer shall be formalized by an acceptance-transfer act

30 July deputies of the Mykolaiv City Council supported a decision to transfer from communal to state ownership a land plot under the state highway M-14 Odesa – Melitopol – Novoazovsk within Mykolaiv.
The matter concerns an undeveloped land plot located beneath a section of the state route.
The actual transfer of the land plot will be formalized by an acceptance-transfer act.
The decision is intended to bring land-legal relations into compliance with the status of the state highway.
It should also ensure the proper maintenance and further development of the M-14 route.
