Nearly a million euros in aid: Denmark supported Mykolaiv region's energy sector
"Mykolaivoblenergo" received equipment to restore damaged networks
JSC “Mykolaivoblenergo” in May–June 2026 received from Denmark energy equipment and materials worth more than €857 thousand. This was reported on 14 July 2026 by the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine.
The aid was delivered through the Ukraine Energy Support Fund. The shipments included concrete poles for power lines, cables and high-voltage equipment. The materials received will be used to restore damaged power networks and ensure stable electricity supply in Mykolaiv Oblast.
Denmark also announced a new contribution to the Fund of €10.66 million. The country’s total financial support under this program has reached €78.5 million. The assistance is aimed at restoring critical infrastructure and preparing Ukraine’s energy system for the upcoming heating season.
