In the Kryvyi Rih region, a 17-year-old girl was involved in three accidents in one morning

On the morning of July 6 2026 in Kryvyi Rih district of Dnipropetrovsk region, a 17-year-old girl became involved in three road traffic accidents within a few hours. The unusual series of accidents was reported by local media “Svoi. Kryvyi Rih“.

The first accident occurred on the Dnipro – Kryvyi Rih highway near the settlement of Sofiyivka. A Volkswagen and a Dacia collided there. The Dacia driver suffered a chest injury and broke two ribs, after which he was hospitalized. The 17-year-old passenger was in that same car.

While law enforcement officers were documenting the accident, the girl stepped onto the roadside. At that moment she was hit by a pickup truck.

The minor was diagnosed with a closed traumatic brain injury, a concussion and multiple abrasions.

The injured person was taken to the hospital by an emergency medical service vehicle. However, on Nebesnoyi Sotni Street in Kryvyi Rih, another vehicle failed to yield to the ambulance, causing another collision.

After the third accident the girl was urgently transferred to another ambulance, which took her to a medical facility. There is no information about her further condition at the time of publication. The police are establishing the circumstances and sequence of all three accidents.
