"The enemy learns and forces us to learn," - Vitalii Kim on the change in tactics of Russian attacks

Head of the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration Vitaliy Kim said on the telemarathon broadcast 3 May 2026 that the Russians have changed the tactics of their attacks:

«In recent days, in recent weeks they have been changing their tactics. They attack during the day, they attack sequentially, you know, like a snake, and circle the positions of our defense forces. The air defense, of course, understands this now, tries to respond, to rebuild our defense tactics. Despite that, I must say that the enemy is learning and is forcing us to learn as well,» – says Vitaliy Kim.
