Children are safe and are undergoing reintegration
Another five children from the temporarily occupied part of Kherson Oblast were returned to territory under the control of Ukraine. Among them are three girls and two boys aged 3 to 15 years, said the head of the Kherson OVA Oleksandr Prokudin.
The children are now safe. They are undergoing reintegration in centers «Hope and Recovery», where they are provided with necessary assistance.
The return took place within the framework of the presidential initiative Bring Kids Back UA with the support of the charity organization Save Ukraine.
Since the beginning of 2026, 185 children have already been returned from the temporarily occupied part of the Kherson region. Last week another ten children from this part of the region were returned to territory controlled by Ukraine.
