Dry grass, vehicles and the effects of hostilities: 40 fires broke out in Mykolaiv Oblast in one day

In the Mykolaiv region, 40 fires occurred over the past 24 hours. Of these, 31 occurred in ecosystems, 1 on transport, and another 8 as a result of hostilities.

Mostly dry grass, reeds, shrubs, and trash burned.

The fire also engulfed a passenger car Chery Beat, a forest belt in the Voskresenska community, and an unused outbuilding in the Vesnyanska community.

DSNS units provided an operational response to all incidents of the State Emergency Service (DSNS).
