In Mykolaiv, 90 meters of a new heating network were laid

In the Inhulskyi district of Mykolaiv, the final stage of the heating network reconstruction has begun. As of today, specialists have already laid about 90 meters of new pipeline.

Within this stage, workers of ОКП «Миколаївоблтеплоенерго» are to replace about 350 meters of pipeline. Instead of the worn-out network, they are installing new pre-insulated pipes with a diameter of 426 mm.

Currently, on the site they are dismantling the old heating network and reinforced concrete structures, and they are also continuing to lay the new pipeline.

According to the enterprise, the use of modern pre-insulated pipes is expected to:

• reduce heat loss;
• increase the reliability of heat supply;
• minimize the risk of emergency situations.

The reconstruction of the heating network is part of the preparations by ОКП «Миколаївоблтеплоенерго» for the new heating season.
