In the Korabelnyi District, 400 meters of the main heating network will be replaced

In the Korabelnyi district of Mykolaiv, one of the key sections of the heating network is being modernized. In total, specialists will replace 400 meters of the main pipeline.

This was reported by the Mykolaiv City Council on June 26, 2026.

The work is being carried out by OKP «Mykolaivoblteploenergo» as part of preparing the city’s heating facilities for the 2026–2027 heating season.

Specialists are currently dismantling the old pipes that have exhausted their service life and installing new pre-insulated pipes with a diameter of 530/710 millimeters.

The city council noted that using modern pre-insulated pipes should reduce heat losses, increase the network’s reliability, and ensure its efficient operation during the heating period.

Reconstruction is part of the comprehensive preparation of Mykolaiv’s heating infrastructure for the autumn–winter season.
