"Shahed" struck a dairy-processing plant in Mykolaiv: two women were injured

Throughout 4 July 2026, Russian occupiers attacked Mykolaiv Oblast with strike drones of the “Shahed” type. The regional center came under enemy attack.

In Mykolaiv, a warehouse building of a milk-processing enterprise was damaged as a result of the attack. The Mykolaiv Oblast Military Administration reported on the consequences of the Russian strike as of the morning of 5 July 2026.

Two female employees or visitors of the enterprise, aged 47 and 54, suffered an acute stress reaction. Medics provided the women with necessary assistance on site.

The regional military administration did not report any hospitalizations or other casualties.

According to the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Mykolaiv Oblast, a fire broke out in the warehouse premises. Firefighters extinguished it over an area of 500 sq. m.

Chemical specialists and pyrotechnicians of the State Emergency Service were additionally involved in examining the location. The State Emergency Service deployed 45 rescuers and 11 units of special equipment.
