The head of the Vitovskyi District Court has resigned — High Council of Justice (HCJ)
In March of this year, Lyudmyla Semenova was elected head of the Vitovskyi District Court of Mykolaiv Oblast for a term of three years
The High Council of Justice at a meeting on Tuesday, June 9, granted a resignation request and dismissed judge Lyudmyla Semenova of the Vitovsky District Court of Mykolaiv Oblast.
The decision was reported by the High Council of Justice, noting that that day issues of judges’ dismissal on general grounds were considered, as a result of which a decision on the resignation of Lyudmyla Semenova was made.
“The HCJ decided to dismiss Lyudmyla Mykhailivna Semenova from the position of judge of the Vitovsky District Court of Mykolaiv Oblast in connection with the submission of a resignation application,” — the High Council of Justice reported.
Despite the current decision, back in March this year Lyudmyla Semenova was elected head of the Vitovsky District Court of Mykolaiv Oblast for a three-year term.
