The Military Medical Commission deemed him fit for service, but the serviceman secured a review of the decision in court
An ATO participant has gout and glaucoma
A serviceman secured a court-ordered review of a Military Medical Commission (MMC) finding that he was fit for military service. After examining the circumstances of the case, the court ruled in his favor.
The publication Sudovo-Yurydychna Hazeta reports this.
The man took part in the Anti-Terrorist Operation (ATO) and has, among other conditions, gout and glaucoma. Despite these conditions, the commission found him fit for service. The serviceman disagreed with the assessment of his health and challenged the finding in court.
